USB charge ports on couch have been broken internally. The internal guts at the C-port charger on one of the chairs is completely gone. The other chair has a nonfunctioning C-port charging port. The A-charging ports work as they should on both. All other C-ports in camper work. Remedy: I opened up the unit and plugged it into shore power. With the unit charging the battery, I tested all of the USBs and charged ports. I found that all of the charge ports are working as they should expect for the 2 C-ports on the chairs. Alliance feedback: DO THE PARTS LISTED ON LINE 2 BOTH GO WITH THE SAME PART NUMBER ON THE INVOICE ATTACHED? THERE ARE NO PART NUMBERS LISTED ON CLAIM TO CORRESPOND TO INVOICE AND THERE IS ONLY NON SAG SEALANT PART ON THE INVOICE.
