I need some help on the roof of this delta. We have had issues in the past with the dicor Sublet Repairs: 0.00 and not sealing. Customer was requesting the 14x14 vent to be replaced with a better one with a bigger fan. The roof is plastic and the dicor is not sticking. Time Requested: 1 Everything else is working on the switches. Please advise we asked for a couch not the switches Time Allowed: 1 Now we have time installing the switches and now they still dont work Tech notes-----I installed 2 new seat switch panels with the USB ports. I had to remove the chairs from the slide room to get Sublet Repairs: 0.00 to the back of the chair. I removed the control panels and installed the new ones. I reinstalled the chairs back into the slide room and secured they to the floor. Tested the buttons and charge ports. The C-port chargers are not working on the new control panels. "

USB charge ports on couch have been broken internally. The internal guts at the C-port charger on one of the chairs is completely gone. The other chair has a nonfunctioning C-port charging port. The A-charging ports work as they should on both. All other C-ports in camper work. Remedy: I opened up the unit and plugged it into shore power. With the unit charging the battery, I tested all of the USBs and charged ports. I found that all of the charge ports are working as they should expect for the 2 C-ports on the chairs. One of the ports has missing internals. The other C- port charge port don't work at all. The buttons with the charge ports need to be replaced. If we can not get the buttons, we will need to replace the couch. I tested all the other USB's in the camper. All of the other USBs are working as they should. I recommend getting new cords if the customer is having trouble with the other charge ports. I took pictures of all the charge ports working.
