1001 CUSTOMER REQUESTED. The roof needs a complete re-seal. Two hours and 10-12 tubes of dicor. The reseal took more tubes of dicor than I initially thought. I cleaned and re sealed the entire roof. During the re seal, I noticed a few small punctures in the membrane on the ds front corner. The decking isn't soft or have any signs of water damage. I took pictures and sealed it with eturnabon tape.

1000 DEFECT FROM MANUFACTURER. I took the screws out, cut the sealant, and the faucet base barely moved off the wall. I had to pull out on it as hard as I could and I was able to get my pliers in there to loosen up the faucet. After I got the faucet off I shined a light in the hole and I can see that the manufacturer secured the lines to the wall with zip ties about two feet down the wall with no way to get to them. I had to fight to get the water lines attached with having literally zero space to work. Once I got them started I cranked them down with pliers, turned the water on to test them and secured the base.

@Alix M. Oh my goodness darlin, i am so sorry!! There was a mix up in service with an old writer. This second one has NOT been completed!! She was reading an old RO and got it messed up with the current one. I just placed the order for the new system yesterday. This should NOT be in submitted status. The pics that were given to me were from the previous first slide mech replacement. I am so sorry and will contact GD if you want me too. I feel terrible!!
