@Destinee M @Matt F On the WO you stated the seal on the window was the cause. I see the complaint states "the customer found the eternabond tape on the roof of the slide to the t-molding is not adheared well". I assume this is where the confusion is. If you need a line entered for the eternabond, I can do that. But I need a new line added on this WO as the cause on job 1 only stated the window was the issue and therefore, the rest was not entered.

@Destinee M There needs to be a complete 3 C's for this as it is not mentioned in warranty repair 1 besides in the customer complaint. Let me know when an updated work order is added with this on there. Thanks.

@Destinee M @Matt F From Michael at GD:
Is it in the actual fabric or the plastic footrest cover?
We need a much clearer picture of the actual damage and where it's located. The standard 3-picture placement should have been used, showing the concern, the location on the component, and the Component location in the coach. Along with tag numbers for verification purposes.
This is something we would expect to have been caught on the DAF inspection. The unit has been on the lot for 60 days, so if there is a concern, who’s to say when it actually happened. The dealership has owned the unit since 6/26/26

All photos in this folder were already on the claim. If you could circle the area of the cut on the photo from far away, that would be helpful since you cannot see it in the photos of the entire couch. Please answer the question and I will respond to Michael.

@Alix M it is on the plastic. also, it is very close to the curve in the footrest and would have been (and was) easily missed.

@Destinee M @Matt F Regarding Eternabond from Dan Kussow:
The notes explained the repairs, there is nothing to respond to. The repairs are pet the manufacturer's specifications. If the dealership would like to modify those repairs, they assume all risk and liability for future warranty considerations.
Destinee McGinley
dealer_or_external • Aug 27, 2026, 12:05 PM
@Alix M a proper repair cannot be completed without removing the existing tape that is not adhered well. adding additional tape without removing the old is simply a bandaid, not a repair
