@Alix M THIS ONE WAS PREVIOUSLY ADJUSTED, I HAVE ATTACHED THAT RO AS WELL (10457, LINE 1) THAT ADJUSTMENT HAS FAILED BUT IT IS DUE TO THE DOOR NOT BEING PROPERLY INSTALLED TO BEGIN WITH. OUR TECH JUST TRIED TO DO THE ADJUSTMENT FIRST BEFORE GETTING A WHOLE NEW DOOR.

@Alix M CAN YOU PLEASE GET BACK TO THEM AND REITERATE THAT THIS WAS ORIGNALLY NOTED ADN LOOKED AT PRIOR TO THE WARRANTY EXPIRING. WE WERE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE UNIT DUE TO THE CUSTOMER CLOSING THE UNIT DOWN PREMATURELY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. WE HAVE IT NOTED IN OUR SYSTEMS THAT THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR THEM FOR SOME TIME.

The first WO wasn't entered into GD at all, so they have no record of this being a pre-existing issue. We want to make sure all warranty work is entered into GD prior to warranty expiration.

@Alix M CUSTOMER HAS FOUR INTERIOR STEPS. WILL NOT HAVE PICTURES OF THE STEPS WITH THE BRACKET INSTALLED UNTIL THE PARTS COME IN FOR THE DOOR TO BE INSTALLED.

@Alix M THE PART HAS THE WRONG DESCRIPTION FOR IT. THE ONE PART THAT HAS THE HIGHER PRICE IS THE 25. I AM WAITING ON THE TECH TO COME BACK SO I GET THE PICTURES. IF HE DOESN'T HAVE THEM THEN WE HAVE TO GET WITH THE CUSTOMER TO GET THE PICTURES. WILL LET YOU KNOW AS SOON AS I GET THE INFORMATION
