@Alix M WARR 20 IS APPROVED FOR .50.. IT WAS REQUESTED AS .50 LABOR.. THE TECHNICIAN ACTUALLY NEEDS CLOSER TO 5 HOURS TO COMPLETE. CAN WE REQEUST MORE LABOR?
ALSO, LINE 3.. I AM UNSURE AS TO WHY THE WORK ORDER PRINTED OUT WITHOUT THE COMPLETE NOTES.. BUT WE NEED MORE LABOR FOR THAT ONE AS WELL. I HAVE COPIED THE TECHNICIANS NOTES.
"Bunk supports got torn out of wall. Will need to rebuild bunk and replace wall panel on right side. Panel got scratched. Need styles to match for new supports for bunk. Need 3" styles by 4'. 4- 8'in total. Should replace hinges with a piano hinge. Length 8'. Also need to readjust slideout in opening. It's out of square. 12 hours labor total."

The tech stated there was a gap between the ball seal and the bowl, correct? But I'm not seeing that in any of the pictures that have been provided. Why would they have to rebuild the bunk bed in the claim it shows no photos of the bunk bed being damaged ? the wall paneling at that shows just a scuff but you stated in a prior communication it was dented ,
As for the jack knife sofa why and how was the framed dented ? 12 hours is excessive and needs to be justified

@Alix M I was just speaking with the technician on this unit. I was informed there is another work order that will need to be submitted and I am working on that right now.
For the bunk we are asking for 7 hours of labor to replace the paneling, insert new supports for the bunk as the plastic ones from the manufacture did not hold the weight being put on the bunk, there will need to be a piano hinge installed to hold the weight of customers son(about 220lbs), new styles will need to be put in to support the bunk.
The jackknife sofa is on the work order I am getting ready to submit for this customer and I will have that to you soon along with pictures of the bunk room for this work order

Please let me know when you upload photos of the bunk showing the issues as FR only sees the scuff mark. Thanks.
