Conducted a thorough examination of the seal with the door open looking to see if water couldve gotten through the seal. The seal is intact no evidence of damage no evidence of water getting through the seal. Could see a couple of water droplets on either side of the door if the rain was blowing and coming in from the side, it is possible that some water got on top of the compartment. Door leaked through the foam seal and dripped down onto the door edge and possibly down into the bottom tray. Solution was to seal the top and sides of the compartment door with silicone on the frame edge silicone Page 1 of 4 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *74012* was applied on both sides and across the top of the frame edge and the side of the unit. Promised Date: 25 SEP 26 W/O: 74012 The job is now complete .40HRS

Customer complaint that while the unit is level and using the shower water was running out onto the floor Examination of the shower found that the bottom rail was sealed on the inside, however was not sealed on the outside. There was a gap between the bottom rail and the side rail, so if water was running on the shower doors and running into the rail, there was nothing to prevent it from running out from under the rail to the outside of the shower since there was no sealant on the outside of the bottom rail. Use clear silicone to seal the outside of the rail to prevent water from leaking into the floor or onto the floor *74012* from the inside. The job is now complete. .25HRS

Customer complaint that the metal rail on the outside of the passenger side, main kitchen slide dinette slide was coming off Found that the screws had been pulled out of the side of the slide. The metal is hanging on by one screw. Examining the area found that the slide ski was severely damaged underneath, move the slide to a position to where it was visible underneath the slide to look for anything that it couldve caused the damage. Nothing was found underneath the slide in the track in the channel for the slide to sit in when fully extended that wouldve caused the damage. Remove the metal bar completely got a floor jack and a 4 x 4 raise the room up slightly on the corner Page 2 of 4 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *74012* remove the slide ski Promised Date: 25 SEP 26 W/O: 74012 Cut a new slide ski to fit install the slide ski back in place, ensuring that it was completely and totally set on the bottom from front to back Reinstall the metal bar this time with larger diameter screws, and slightly longer Cleaned the top of the rail and resealed it with clear silicone Job is now complete 1.00HRS
