Im a passenger side rear behind the main slide belt rail, pulled away from the side of the unit staples pulling out On the main slide on the passenger side belt rail pulled off of the side of the unit staples pulled out The entire length of the side of the unit screws were added to the belt rail and even increments to look uniform reattaching the belt rail to the side of the unit. The silicone that had pulled away was resealed with new silicone in both areas. To be uniform, the driver side rear, and both of the smaller slides on the driver side were both screwed down and even increments with screws. That way the coach looked uniform on both sides. Conducted a thorough examination of the seal with the door open looking to see if water couldve gotten through the seal. The seal is intact no evidence of damage no evidence of water getting through the seal. Could see a couple of water droplets on either side of the door if the rain was blowing and coming in from the side, it is possible that some water got on top of the compartment. Door leaked through the foam seal and dripped down onto the door edge and possibly down into the bottom tray. Solution was to seal the top and sides of the compartment door with silicone on the frame edge silicone Page 1 of 4 © 2026 Integrated Dealer Systems *74012* was applied on both sides and across the top of the frame edge and the side of the unit. Customer complaint that the metal rail on the outside of the passenger side, main kitchen slide dinette slide was coming off Found that the screws had been pulled out of the side of the slide. The metal is hanging on by one screw. Examining the area found that the slide ski was severely damaged underneath, move the slide to a position to where it was visible underneath the slide to look for anything that it couldve caused the damage. Nothing was found underneath the slide in the track in the channel for the slide to sit in when fully extended that wouldve caused the damage. Customer complaint that while the unit is level and using the shower water was running out onto the floor Examination of the shower found that the bottom rail was sealed on the inside, however was not sealed on the outside. There was a gap between the bottom rail and the side rail, so if water was running on the shower doors and running into the rail, there was nothing to prevent it from running out from under the rail to the outside of the shower since there was no sealant on the outside of the bottom rail. Use clear silicone to seal the outside of the rail to prevent water from leaking into the floor or onto the floor *74012* from the inside. The job is now complete. .25HRS

@Brian P Jobs 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 will have shop supplies. Job 6 may as well if you're not able to reuse any of the fasteners from the cabinet/table top. Job 1 approved .3 - The time requested is excessive for this repair, time adjusted. We do not use staples to secure the exterior molding. NVCB .30 to secure the loose molding. Job 2 denied - Denied, we do not use silicone to seal the tops of the compartment door. The dealer was not able to duplicate the complaint. This is not a warranty issue Job 3 - approved .1 Job 4 denied - Denied, the retail owner is responsible for making sure the unit is ready for transit. This is not a manufactures issue Job 5 approved 1.0 Job 6 (cabinet) - approved 1.0 Job 6 (table top) - approved .5 Job 7 - approved .2 Job 8 - approved .2

Can you resubmit job 4. The handles and extension rods should not be falling off, especially when just bought in May.

Hey Brian. I emailed Dennis Plank and unfortunately, he is sticking with his decision to keep it denied, he again reiterated that it is the customers responsibility to make sure it is road ready and that too much time has passed for it to be a warranty issue.
