@Jeannette B I emailed Jayco about getting more time for line 1 and this was their response: Good morning I have approved 8.0 hours for this repair. I am not sure why your technician has 25 hours into this repair. to remove the black tank is 4.0 and I have approved an additional 4.0 to repair the sewer system. Jayco will respectfully decline any additional time for this repair Thank you The notes on this work order are the notes that are entered into the Jayco portal, so unless there is something additional that was done, I think we might only get the 8.

Ok. I will move this to the #5 PA approved folder. I know you had mentioned this was ready to submit, but I need a final copy with pricing. Once you upload that and move it to #6, I'll get it submitted for you.

I'm going to move this back to 7.1 for the time being so I can keep an eye on it. Sometimes they create a new claim themselves, sometimes I have to do it.
