Sent video you can pull the room and tilt slide out on the back and remove the floor and replace with new carpet.
Please let me know after you have reviewed the video they sent you. I will need to update the labor time based on how much time the tech will need doing the repair they sent via video.

I can do a new PA for those two lines and then at least get those submitted for payment so the only line outstanding would be line 8.
