@Ashlee O Hey I am confused on this one. We have completed the work for line 1. I am trying to close this up, I went on FR to view the claim to maybe help me out... and it didn't! The claim is auth for 2.0 for line 1 &2 on the FR portal. Should we close it up at that and add the mark up for just the 1 window and move along until they stop us? I may just be missing a big piece to this puzzle!
Ashlee Olsen
processor • Feb 9, 2026, 1:59 PM
I will call you on this one, lots of steps/confusion/weird things happened on this one. Basically they approved both lines originally for 2 hours each. Then when I was checking on the claim a few weeks later, I noticed job 2 was denied. I sent them this email asking for clarification and they ended up seeing they were in the wrong, and re-approved both jobs for 2 hours.

Just a recap on the phone call we had about this one. We agreed to go ahead and order the kit for line 2 and move forward with the claim. line 2 was denied and approved from FR a second time.
If approved, we must carry on with the repair and complete the TSB on this vin number.

@Ashlee O I am really confused on this claim. They first approved only 1 window and denied the other. However, they have the 2nd window approved for the recall still and we have not replaced that one. Could we send an email and confirm since there has been so much back and forth. I hate to order another kit and not get paid! Thanks!
