@Stephanie D I've attached the approval in this folder, but when looking at it, the note says, "approved for part only as goodwill", without any reasoning. I'm going to reach out to Keystone to see what's going on, but wanted to keep you in the loop!

After some back and forth, I was able to have the 1.5 labor approved. Updated approved PA added to this folder. Please note, they originally said they didn't approve labor time, "because glass just doesn't break, and if this issue happens again, it will not be covered under warranty". Keystone was assuming the glass either came broken to the dealership or the customer didn't have the door locked properly.
