Manufacturer design. The slide is adjusted properly. When the slide is running in the weight of the fridge in the slide is bringing the slide down and barely just touching the floor. The only fix is the slide skis that sit on the floor. The vynel is free floating so when the slide is all the way out it picks up a little bit. It will relax with heat.

---TIME SENSITIVE--- GRE 8220 | RO 14093 (Stoeger) | PA 980304. Reviewed all three PDFs, all 17 photos individually and the complete sidebar threads. Primary return blocker: the invoice for job 3's refrigerator-latch/bracket part. Alix requested it September 28 because the part exceeds 5% of labor and she found no GD invoice for this VIN; September 29 she returned the claim for that invoice and October 5 warned of the filing deadline. Obtain the matching supplier invoice and reconcile it to part 82203198/$6.08. Confirm current submission status and any required late-filing acceptance. The signed RO is already uploaded: the three September 28 photos show all three pages, including the customer signature dated September 22. Do not repeat the upload request. Reconcile that N/C copy with the later $906.28 final ($900.20 labor + $6.08 parts) and retain the complete post-repair signed evidence required by the PA. PA-approved hours for jobs 1-5 are 0.5/0.3/0.5/0.6/0.4 = 2.3 hours ($322 at the RO's $140 rate). The final bills $900.20 labor, equivalent to 6.43 hours: a $578.20/4.13-hour difference requiring reconciliation of actual time, overlapping codes or additional authorization. This difference is not a verified loss or an instruction to increase time. Clarify actual completion: job 1 says trimming the ski did not fix the floor and proposes further work; job 3 describes a temporary pin adjustment pending a replacement, with the customer requesting shipment. Document the final authorized remedy, part installed or shipped, actual dates and result. The photos support the floor concern, gate-valve work, latch identity, door-track measurements and drawer guide, but do not establish the later permanent floor/latch outcome. Job 3 vendor approval is now present, so the earlier pending-vendor request is resolved. Assign an owner/target date and retain the accepted claim reference. @Matt F @Alix M @Heidi H @Chris B @Dustin L @Destinee M @Randall B

@Dustin L @Matt F Thank you for the invoice, but this is now a late submit as well. Matt- total labor approved put the claim at $392 plus parts which won't add up to too much on this. But if you wanted to email GD on this one as well. @Chris B @Heidi H
