Bad fridge. I unpacked the new fridge and checked it for defects and its good. I took the doors off the new fridge went inside, removed the trim that hides the edge of the slide floor so it won't get damaged and pulled the screws out of the feet. There is a plate on the top of the fridge thats screwed to the wall so i had to find a two foot drill extension to pull the screws. I laid paneling on the floor to protect it and I pulled the fridge out of the hole, got some help and swapped the fridges in the unit. I had to use my multi-tool with a scraping blade and a pry bar to cut the plate off the fridge. Once it was off I cleaned the old sealant off of it and glued the plate on top of the new fridge with construction adhesive. While the adhesive was setting up i transfered the 12 volt wires and the travel lock bar. I slid the fridge back in place, secured the feet and the plate to the wall. I put the doors on, peeled the protective film off, hooked the water line up and reconnected the 12 volt wiring. I turned it on to test it and I checked it the following day and both the fridge and freezer are getting cold.
