@Kaitlyn R Job 4: Hello Alix,   From the pictures attached, this would be undulations/bulges or material splices on the sidewall of the tires which is a cosmetic issue and considered normal per Goodyear.  I have attached a copy of the technical bulletin provided by Goodyear regarding undulations and explaining that these are only a cosmetic issue and does not impact of the performance of the tire.  A key advantage of the Goodyear program is their retail network.  Dealers and customers are always welcome to see an authorized Goodyear technician at any time and to contact Goodyear customer service for any issues and to find an authorized Goodyear tire shop in their area.  The Goodyear customer service number is (800) 321-2136.

Please advise as there are no new notes on the invoice and they will question how you were invoices two different amounts.

@Alix M PER YOUR COMMENT ON THE ORIGINAL THREAD... THE ANSWER TO WHY IT COSTED MORE IS NOTED ON THIS RECEIPT- PER THE WELDING COMPANY- PREVIOUS WORK HAD CAUSED THE SHACKLES TO BE A LITTLE MORE LABOR THAN WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTE.
