Line 5 is regarding the a trim piece that covers the screw track along the roof of the unit that is leaking. i have to talk to the technician that did the repairs. he accidentally uploaded the same pictures to both lines.

@Alix M i was out all of last week and I'm trying to get caught back up this week. I haven't had a chance to go back to all of the comments yet. warr01- .20 is acceptable. warr2- Would prefer to have .20 (this would also reflect the labor that was approved for line 1) warr3- .10 is not sufficient- we need closer to .20 for this repair. The technician had to take the dresser top off, take measurements, move the magnet, put the dresser top back on. job 2- is acceptable. job 3- we will accept job 4- we will accept job 5- we will accept job 8- with the pictures that are provided to show the areas, .5 is acceptable. This was another work order that was a new technician.

TESTING AND LEARNING - Greeneway GRE 8220 | Grand Design Monday meeting | RO 12661 / claim 957645 Reviewed all three packet PDFs, all 20 images individually and the later paid claim. This is partially paid: the final warranty invoice is $571.66 and the paid claim is $246.72, a $324.94 document difference before ledger reconciliation. Exclude the $1,302.93 customer-pay tree-damaged awning/roof work. The photographs distinguish that impact damage from the loose interior trim and pitted attachment sealant. Greeneway's strongest remaining labor comparison is the completed trim, drawer-catch and roof-seal work: final versus paid hours are .40/.20 slide trim, .21/.10 refrigerator trim, .50/.40 drawer catch, .25/.10 base trim and .50/.30 roof sealing. These total .76 hour / $106.40. Present the actual task notes and ask for a specific reconsideration of the additional work. The later drawer payment is .40 hour, so the earlier .10 authorization is no longer the correct shortfall. Resolve two issues before seeking the rest: job 1 bills two .50-hour entries ($140 total) for the bay-door/track concern, while the same track photographs also appear under job 5. Job 5's .40 billed hours are already paid. Confirm distinct work, both technicians' time and the $8.54 sealant allocation; do not count the shared images as two defects. The additional .50 hour / $70 trailer-wiring charge lacks a completed diagnosis: the narrative still says the truck is needed. Obtain actual test results and correction before presenting that line as earned unpaid work. Monday request: reconcile the $324.94 difference line by line, support the $106.40 completed-work labor variance, and obtain a written decision on the separately substantiated remainder. Credit the paid extinguisher trim, theater trim, screw-cover leak repair and $8.72 sealant. The bulk supplier invoice is stock-purchase evidence, not a $2,502.74 unit repair charge. Learning: keep each complaint/cause/correction and photo tied to its own operation; distinguish before/after condition, technician time and final testing. The trim and magnetic-catch photos support access/condition, but photos alone do not establish elapsed labor or successful final operation. This will give Greeneway and Grand Design a cleaner path to a fair supplemental payment. @Chris B @Matt F
