Job 1:
Hello, per the repair code notes we would need either a clear photo of the model serial number on the converter, the model beginning with WF- and the serial with AC the tag is pictured but too blurry to read. or you can manually input the model serial numbers as currently those sections were prefilled with the number 1 by the dealership.

Respectfully denied as the set up of the TPMS is part of dealer prep we do not pair the system as the display is shipped loose. kerb

Hello, I apologize but we will need to also see the serial number which is under the barcode on the left hand side of the giant sticker you just attached. Once we have that information we will be able to move forward with this claim. Thank you!

Just received an email from FR stating they received a return part for this. We need to process this claim. Has the work been done on this?
This is a courtesy email from the Rockwood & Flagstaff Warranty Processing Team. We are notifying you that we have received a part return on September 3rd for warranty claim, 2405597 . To process this repair, the claim will need to be submitted to processing. To do so, select your Authorized claim from the claims grid if you are not already in the claim. In the claim’s header ribbon, click on the Submit for Payment button. Once the claim is submitted, it will be locked and the claim header status changes to Processing. It will remain in this status until the claim is reviewed by a Forest River Processor.
The part returned: Converter
We will hold the claim for 5 days awaiting the claim submission to processing. If the claim is not yet submitted upon the 5th day, the claim will be denied and the part returned to the dealership at the dealer’s cost. Please be sure to reply to this email once you have the claim submitted.
