JOB 1: YES, REQUESTING TO REPLACE THE REFER.
JOB 3: UNSURE OF THE CAUSE AS THE CUSTOMER ADDED AFTER WE HAD LOOKED AT THE OTHER ISSUES. THIS WILL BE DIAGNOSED WHEN IT COMES IN FOR REPAIRS.
JOB 5: SAME AS JOB 3
JOB 6: THE STRUT LOCKED UP AND WILL NOT MOVE. IT IS SEIZED.
JOB 8: ON THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY CLAIM FOR WHEN THIS UNIT WAS FIRST ARRIVED AT OUR FACILITY THERE WAS A MISSING AWNING COVER ON THE FRONT AWNING. AFTER FURTHER EXAMINATION BY THE CUSTOMER THE SCUFF MARKS WERE FOUND. IT IS THE HARDWARE THAT HAS SCUFFS.

Hello, after further review with Forest River production team, Forest River does not install a cover on the underside of the drain for the exterior shower hookup. At this time it has been approved please note for feature claims, Forest River does not install an underside Cap. Thank you

@Bonnie K There are two parts listed for Job 8- one is the complete awning, one is the power arms. They are asking why power arm regal head assemblies were ordered/replaced when the complete awning was already replaced per the other part.
