He did try to camber it and it did not work. The door opens and closes just fine... the problem is the lower right corner (towards the front of the unit is very bowed out. i will get a picture of the door in just a few moments.

Warranty Repair 2- Please attach a full photo of the door and of the door laying flat on a flat surface with a level on it. We will also need a warpage gap measurement photo this can be obtained by using a measuring tape to measure the gap between level and door.
