@ANNA F Just to confirm, there are 2 cabinet doors needing replaced. The job line was combined with the underbelly and GD is needing this on it's own repair line. Can we have a completed CCC for this line please.

@Crystal K I uploaded to pictures of where the sofa mechanism is bent and catching/rubbing for line WARR1 (RECLINER CLUNKING). Our technician will be going early next week to drop the underbelly and diag line WARR 2 (BLACK AND GREY TANK)

@Alix M WE ARE WAITING FOR THE PRE AUTH ON THE RECLINER. IF APPROVED WE WOULD LIKE TO GET ALL THE PARTS SO WE CAN DO THE REPAIRS ON THE OTHER LINES IN THE SAME TRIP AS THE DIAG. AS THIS IS A PERMANENTLY PARKED CUSTOMER AND USES OUR MOBILE SERVICE.

REGARDING WARR02- THE TECHNICIAN WENT TO CUSTOMERS PROPERTY YESTERDAY AND DIAGNOSED THE TANK ISSUE- TECHNICIAN CONFRIMED THAT THE UNIT IS IN FACT PLUMBED INCORRECTLY- THE UNIT WILL NEED TO BE TRANSPORTED TO OUR FACILITY THIS WINTER TO BE SERVICED IN THE SHOP AS WE WILL NEED TO DROP THE UNDERBELLY. I HAVE UPLOADED A VIDEO. I WILL PROVIDE YOU THE TIME NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR ON MONDAY WHEN THE TECHNICIAN IS BACK IN.

@Alix M THE TECHNICIAN ASKED IF WE COULD REQUEST A PLUMBING SCHEMATIC AS WELL AS A FLOOR SCHEMATIC OF THE UNIT SO THE TECHNICIAN CAN VISUALIZE THE PLUMBING IN THE UNIT TO COME UP WITH A QUOTE ON HOW TO PROCEED. @Matt F , CAN YOU DOUBLE CHECK THAT I AM WORDING THIS CORRECTLY. THIS IS THE ONE THAT JOE SPOKE TO YOU ABOUT WITH THE VIDEO OF THE PLUMBING ISSUE.

@Alix M @ANNA F @Matt F Joe looked at the diagrams that Grand Design provided. Per Joe, the customers concern is the way that the unit is plumbed and there is nothing that we can do with it.
