@Alix M tHE WARRANTY ON THIS UNIT IS EXPIRED, HOWEVER WE ARE ASKING GD TO CONSIDER HONORING IT AS THE RO AND WORK WAS DONE IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER OF 2023 WHILE THE WARRANTY WAS STILL GOOD.. DUE TO STAFFING CHANGES THIS RO WAS NEVER PUT INTO PRE AUTH AND WAS CLOSED WITHOUT PAYMENT. BY A TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE WHO DID NOT NOW THE WARRANTY PROCESS.

Do you have the labor completion date? And can you tell me what lines on the invoice are for this WO? I can tell it is sealant on two lines, but I am not sure which ones from the invoice to use. Thanks!
