@Alix M LINES 2,3,5,4 ARE ON A PREVIOUS PRE-AUTH- (731016). HOWEVER, WE ARE SEEKING MORE LABOR FOR LINE ONE AS THEY APPROVED 2 HOURS AND IT TOOK THE TECHNICIAN 15.50 HOURS TO REPLACE THEM ALL. WE NEED TO ADD LINES 1,6,8,12 FOR PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
