@ANNA F @Bonnie K Line 2: LCI has denied this second replacement. The photos are showing the replacement was installed out of tolerance. GDRV would like to help the customer. Will the dealership agree to a split in this repair.

@Alix M. Oh my goodness darlin, i am so sorry!! There was a mix up in service with an old writer. This second one has NOT been completed!! She was reading an old RO and got it messed up with the current one. I just placed the order for the new system yesterday. This should NOT be in submitted status. The pics that were given to me were from the previous first slide mech replacement. I am so sorry and will contact GD if you want me too. I feel terrible!!
