@Bonnie K @ANNA F This is pending part return.. Not sure how that will work with it being an older claim. Pending part return and testing of the defective shower head. When returning parts, please include a copy of the CLAIM in the box with the part. Once the part has shipped, please provide the tracking number in the dealer notes section of your claim, add any return freight charges you may have incurred to your Requested Shipping Total box, and then put the claim back into submitted status to be processed.Return to the VCB address:Grand Design RV5200 Hoffman StElkhart, IN 46516

@Michelle A This is the work order with the valance, however there was never any communication with us that the customer did not like the valance or that the valance was incorrect. I searched emails, which I haven't deleted any since starting, and I do not see that I reached out to Grand Design on this at all. I don't see any notes on the claim or anything.

Work was also done in April and we did not submit this until July. Was Anna in contact with Grand Design on this by any chance?

On line 10, it states "Valance that was ordered is incorrect, colors match, style doesn't. Needs to be reordered We will have to order a new valance. It's 78 in long x 29 1/2 wide" so we have noted that the valence was incorrect.

@Michelle A We did not enter this PA, this was entered before we were hired. We only submitted it for payment. I would send Grand Design this WO then, I don't see it on the final claim, so I couldn't even tell you if it was entered by Greeneway or not. It looks like all the correction states on the claim is "will have to order a new valance, it is 78 in long and 29 1/2 wide. It does not mention anything else on the actual claim.
