paid $269.50 1/20 check #3096258 FR feedback job 2 ADJUSTED PRICE AND FREIGHT TO MATCH THE PARTS ORDER Per page 41 in the Forest River Way Guide: A Dealer will be allowed 5% of the approved labor total, up to $25.00, for shop supplies on a warranty claim. @Ben H FR is saying part #500627 was chalked up to shop supplies, I've not seen this feedback before. I might be able to get the rest of it paid if you have an invoice. I'm happy to try if you'd like

@Ben H Here's the response I got from FR: The sales order number that was attached to the claim is not this sales order number. The one you attached to the claim was S5385736. As for Sikasil: Per page 41 in the Forest River Way Guide: A dealer will be allowed 5% of the approved labor total, up to $25.00 for shop supplies on a warranty claim. 5% of the4 approved labor for the speaker line is $3.70

@Ashlee O we needed 2 speakers the parts team forgot and didnt see. so there was 2 orders 1 speaker each that is why the freight is higher. where can i find the forest river way guide
