paid $91.81 12/2 check #3076509 part 23-0328: Total part cost equals dealer/standard price $7.00 (Vendor price $4.24+ 65% parts mark up)+35%OTS part allowance + 15% IN state mark up. @Ben H I will email them on this since they are saying the state markup is 15%

@Ben H approved total on the shorted parts claim was only $2.84 for both vacuum breakers... Line 1 - Paying the difference for the state markup on both vacuum breakers. State markup should be 30% but was paid at 15% on Claim 2506686. Thank you. Total part cost equals Dealer/Standard price $7.00 + 35% OTS part allowance + 30% state markup = $12.29. Paid $10.87 at 15% state markup on Claim 2506686 for a difference of $1.42 for the state markup x 2 vacuum breakers = a total difference of $2.84. Here's the email I got from them also: Good Morning,   Per our Off-The-Shelf Policy:   Here's an example of when and how to use the OTS: You, the Dealer, have a Retail Customer’s unit in the shop and they are leaving on a trip the next day and you must replace a part on the unit. You don’t have time to order it from Forest River. The Forest River Dealer cost for that part is $10.00. You pull the part from your shelf, and your shelf cost is $35.00, which is the amount claimed. Using the OTS, Forest River will cover the Forest River Dealer cost of $10.00 plus the additional 35% OTS and your standard state markup or handling fee. Your total allowance for that part would be $10.00 + $3.50 + $2.25 (35% OTS and state markup of 15%) for a total of $15.53.
