@Ben H WO 78443 Keystone feedback: 12/3/2025,01:02:12 pm,MehlM: Please advise, is this unit a sold unit, the labor line states "customer states", if sold, please either get ahold of the customer to get a copy of the bill of sale and send to dealerservice@keystonerv.com, or have the customer call the selling dealer to have registered, #2, the awning hardware label attached shows the date of 4/26/2022, this unit was off line 1/22/2025, the awning tube label would be correct with date of 12/2024, please provide a picture of the defective awning hardware label dated on or right before 1/22/2025, also, please provide a picture of the water heater model/serial# label for supplier issue :) Thank You...multiple notes

@Ashlee O this is a long one -----i called Rodger at camping world and let him know that this is not showing sold ------ i called the customer and let her know this and ask her to get me photos of what was needed and she sent those to me -----i replied to keystone and let them know all of this
