@Ashlee O Your dealer cost should reflect the purchased price on the invoice, please don't add markup. The system adds it automatically. I have adjusted the parts on this claim to match the invoice. I know you are unable to see the markup in the new system and they are working on getting that fixed, but when submitted the claim adds markup automatically. What are the shop supply fasteners and lumber claimed?? Please attach your invoice we are working on getting invoices thank you
