@Ben H @Chris B is this one where we would need a 30% handling fee on the unit that was shipped at N/C? Also, do we need to add a disposal fee?

@Ben H Can you upload photo's of the data tag's taken off the unit: Vendor requires photos be taken showing the serial data tag being removed from the old air conditioner and attach these photos to this claim; I would recommend taking the data tag off and putting it on a blank piece of paper and taking photos of that and attaching these new photos to this claim; Claim cannot be processed for payment until these photos are attached to this claim.

@Ben H @Chris B @Heidi H This is the WO we had a disposal fee and a 30% mark up for a NC part. GE is the vendor, they did pay the disposal fee, but they didn't pay the full 30% markup FR feedback: kpickett@forestriverinc.comState mark up for dealer in IN is 15%.
