Job 5 will remain denied. Vendor response back to Jayco was that InVision does not cover items damaged in transit. Still waiting to hear on job 8. Full $550 to reimburse customer is approved - I would advise getting this line submitted as soon as possible, it is a separate claim number. Once you receive payment, you could then cut a check to customer.
