@Stephanie K I did try returning your call. It didn't ring and your voice mail is full. :). Per Chris, he is saying Newmar should be called since it's the part of the window that does not slide and 1 hour will not be enough.

Well, that was interesting. Apparently the work is no longer going to need to be done at your place. I have submitted a PA, they will get it approved for .5 - it is in fact only the slider. Chris said that they will let the place they take it to handle it.
