@Stephanie K I took all the pictures that were in the refrigerator. At the bottom right corner where it shows the Model number there is another number. But I was not able to find any other tags. I even looked in the freezer

The serial number is usually on a white sticker, with a barcode and is quite long. I will try this without it.

@Jeannette Britton Hey! This is the email I got back from Dennis after sending the additional pictures to him. I appreciate the pictures, but I am not real sure what the majority of these pictures are supposed to illustrate. I asked for pictures of the entire area, I got a half picture of the entire area. The pictures inside the cabinet do not illustrate anything to me. From the partial picture of what I requested looks like the refer will clear the island. I am not as to why the entry door would need to be removed when the refer can be tilted on its side to be removed. Can I get pictures of the entire area please? I will need to see evidence that the island does need to be moved to remove the refer.

@Stephanie K The tech took measurements of the distance between the refrigerator and the island. If warranty looked up the dimensions they would see why the island needed to be removed.

@Stephanie K The measurements of the refrigerator is: 70 High, 32.87 Wide and 25 Deep. This is why the island and entry door needed to be removed.

@Jeannette B Hey! Using the off the shelf parts claiming policy on this one, it looks like the potential part price for the tongue jack will be $230.97 + $20 handling fee. It looks like the equivalent part number in FR is 10F10148A at a cost price of $174.65. Starting with the $174.65 you get a 15% markup on that cost price to expedite service to customer, plus your standard 15% markup. Then, an additional $20 shipping. Don't adjust anything yet, but I just wanted to let you know. I'll tag you and Sarah if there does end up needing to be an adjustment. I want to make sure I calculated properly and FR pays it.

@Jeannette B Hi! Using the off the shelf parts policy for the tongue jack, FR is paying a total of $200.85 for the part plus a $20 freight charge. We were able to get the cost ($174.65) price of the tongue jack from FR + 15% markup since you replaced with a tongue jack off your shelf to get the customer on their way. You'll need to get the part pricing adjusted for them to match.
