For Warranty consideration you will need to go through the vendor as Forest River does not provide a 2 year warranty period for a component. thank you!

@Brian P can you send a picture of the model and serial number? Furrion stated it can be found in the air duct and can be viewed by removing the air distribution box shroud and looking through the air return.
