@Brian P Job 5 - FR sent this back asking for a picture actually showing the issue. I have two pictures for this job, one with the black piece covering the vent and the other without. Is the black piece the flapper or is there something inside that I should direct Dennis to that he can see is missing? Is one of the pictures before repair and then the other is after the vent piece was replaced?

The flapper goes on the base to close the vent from wind and rain etc. There are 3 parts making up the vent. The base, the flapper and the raised exterior portion. Let me if you need more pics

For job 4 - is it the vent to the bathroom exhaust fan? I only had pictures of the switch, so I assumed it was the bathroom vent fan.

Yes, it the bathroom vent, however it is the remote switch the factory installed with other switches on the wall. It is not part of the vent itself

For job 5 - can you send more pictures? I explained to Dennis what you said about the 3 pieces and he said "there is no picture attached of a missing flapper, please attach pictures of the issue described.." I had attached the two pictures you sent to the claim line, so I'm not exactly sure what he is looking for - it's missing - it's not going to show in a pic?

I took more pics and email so they are separate. In one the pics you can see the hinge area for the flapper. The flapper is missing the hinge area remains.
