The shade was completly missing. The customer called in while on a long trip and Newmar sent out a shade.

It was not noted. This was never caught or installed from Newmar. The customer lowered the front portion for night time. The upper portion has the shade, the lower did not. The customer called customer service and was sent out to the customer at no charge. On job 5, the top rivet is missing.

@Brian P It looks like when I submitted this for payment, Newmar adjusted the approved labor on line 5 down from .5 to .2 hours. It was adjusted after adding the part and PO number, so I'm not sure if it's because it's a "mini" latch that the time was changed. I will email them to find out, but just wanted you to know.
