@Stephanie K I will need to get with the Tech on Job 2. Not sure how replacing the cartridge will take care of the faucet leaking at the seals. I have green dots on the faucet itself where its leaking from

He will not be in till after 11:00, our time, but his correction was replace it and to replace a cartridge seems to be a waist of money and tech's time just for the customer to bring back for it leaking in the same area

I can email them and see if they can adjust and approve the faucet. They had all the pictures and the faucet being replaced is what was requested. I will see what I can do!

The labor rate approved on this RO is $190/hour. Labor should be $380 for job 3. You'll need to adjust on your end.

I am not seeing that. Job 1 shows approved at 6 hours for $1140 Job 2 shows approved at .8 for $152 JOb 2 approved 2.0 at $380 Job 4 approved .5 at $95 Job 5 approved .2 at $38 Job 6 approved .5 at $95 All of that is 10 hours total, for a total approved labor amount of $1900. However, with that said, your final copy dollar amounts for the labor are correct. Is it possible that the labor rate displays in your system at $195 but the amount can be manually changed? Your rates on the work order reflect $190 - which is correct.

What I mean is all of the lines on the work order final copy that you sent me are billed at $190 per hour. They are not $195. I'm not sure where you're seeing they were showing $195 per hour because the portal shows $190, and your labor on the work order is billed at $190.
