@Jeannette B For line 1/2 - can you send the serial number from the side of the pump? I used the model and the number under the barcode thinking it was the serial number, but FR is asking for the one on the side. Also, just to clarify - the issue with the water pump is that it is not engaging the water heater, correct? FR asked "what is wrong with the water pump?" even though the entire story was put on the claim. Job 4 - FR needs pictures closer to the issue, they can't see the problem in the pictures I have uploaded.

@Stephanie K You are correct, the water pump will not engage - internal failure. Customer called on Saturday requesting we be able to use a Water filter and pump from here being that they need it this coming weekend. Would that be OK? And I will get the additional picture, you need.

@Stephanie K There is a picture that does not have a job description. It was taken while I was checking them in. If you zoom in on you can see the rear awning arm kicked out. I will call you on Tuesday to help you see which picture it is.

Hey! The invoice I received for the water pump is for a bulk order from FR, however, the water pump on line 1 is not a FR part number. It looks like an outside purchased part. Can one of your verify? If it is an outside part, I need the invoice for it. If it is an error, and you used the FR part, let me know.
