@Brian P Job 2 - need pictures of the complete recliner. I know the tech said there were not any tags, but if you come across some, please send those as well. @Brian P Lippert is stating they can't move any further with the warranty request for the recliner job without tags or part number information. I know the recliner does not have tags on it, but are you able to get anything to verify the part number? I'll forward the email to you as well.

I don't know what to do. He zip tied the clip to allow the cable to work properly. There is no information at all for this recliner.

@Brian P Hey, FR has added some additional details to this one. Please order the replacement part from the Forest River parts department or a local supplier. If the part is purchased outside of Forest River or the Vendor, the Off-the-Shelf Parts Policy can be applied and a receipt would be required if the part is over $150.

The claim I submitted will be ok. I found the invoice in the portal and added the cost price of $66.05 and freight of $17.62. With your cost +markup + freight a total of $93.58 was claimed for job 2, plus the labor at $95.
