Good morning. This customer is out of town till November and called to let me now she has another bubble in another decal. They were originally going to try bringing in before they left but was unable to. I have requested she send the picture and hoping the new decal will also be covered.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: RO 73542, PA 2715671. The attached approval resolves the third-decal question: all three decal replacements are authorized at .5 hour each, totaling $285 labor at $190/hour. The July 29 addition explicitly records the expired warranty and the customer's travel until November, so the third decal should not be treated as still awaiting coverage. The earlier attempt to pop and smooth the first bubble was already unsuccessful. Payment readiness: coordinate the customer's November return and confirm the correct three decals are available. After replacement, document each location and completion, and reconcile the final work order to the three PA lines. The original RO has only two warranty decal jobs, so the added third decal needs an unambiguous final line reference. Approval is not evidence that the repairs are finished or paid. The internal water-leak diagnosis is separate: the RO records prolonged pressure and hot/cold testing without reproducing the leak. Its requested diagnostic time is not part of this decal approval. @Jeannette B Unfortunately, the 4th decal is denied. See note from FR below. I did check the other claim Dennis mentioned, and I do not see that this decal was done. I think the bigger issue is that it is now out of warranty. Denied, you were paid on claim #2534696 for 3 hours to R&R bubbled decals. You have been authorized for the decals in labor lines 1-3 in this claim. We do not warranty your work. This unit is outside the warranty period. This unit is no longer in warranty. Denied, Forest River respectfully denies warranty and goodwill participation in this repair to this unit. Dp
