@Stephanie K I uploaded this WO with the original tech's suggestions, but he only made suggestions. I requested a different tech complete the work, since this customer needs his unit back. Each line item has a date of 06.16.26, which is what the new tech did. I did have to order a t-stat/thermester. Job 2 and 5 are warranty jobs. If you have questions, let me know.

In the flat rate manual, it states that the only "part return requirement" is the photo showing the complaint. I think you're good to toss them!
