@Stephanie K Jessica requested pictures from tech. Tech informed her he would need to drop the complete underbelly. He did speak with Andrea with Forest River and was told they had a bad batch of sensors, and they needed to be replaced. Tech is actually requesting an additional 4hours on top of everything he did but we know warranty does not pay to find the issue

@Jeannette B FR is requesting pictures and a labor breakdown. I put this in with all the notes here and did go for the 7.0 hours to try and get some of the diag covered, tech will need to supply times to support though.

@Stephanie K In the techs correction notes it explains everything he did and told to do once parts are approved to be ordered. He did speak with Andrea with Forest River.

Yes. Forest River has all the notes, just as the tech wrote them. They want pictures and a labor breakdown, they want the tech to say how much time was needed for each thing done. It is noted on the PA that he spoke with Andrea as well.

@Jeannette B Job 1 is approved for 4.2 hours. Please make sure the tech gets pictures during and after the repair. They didn't ask for them on this one, but they did on the other one, so to cover our bases, I'd recommend just having the tech do it as to not hold up your claim when it is ready to be submitted for payment.

@Rhianna S Can you send me the invoice for the sensors? I have an invoice on 73489-1 that also had the sensors replaced, but there is only a quantity of 6 ordered. Both of these work orders had 4 sensors done, so you should have another invoice for the two additional ones on this work order.

Still need an invoice for the sensors on this one. As mentioned above, if the invoice from 73489-1 sensors is being used for 2, you should have an additional invoice for 2 as well. Both work orders had 4 done, and there is only 6 billed on the invoice that is uploaded to 73489-1. @Jeannette B
