I think I found it! This is one where a labor breakdown is needed. Jayco said they are getting a max of 5 hours for this repair, so they wanted a time breakdown to support the 16.

@Jeannette B Do you want me to move forward with this and just accept the 5 hours that the manufacturer is getting? I know the last time we had talked you mentioned that the techs aren't too keen on breaking down the labor because they spend the time doing it, and it doesn't get approved for that amount.

@Stephanie K This is the techs breakdown: If it's easier to upload a revised WO let me know. Thank you and WELCOME BACK!! Take apart top bunk bed disassemble and remove . Requesting 3 hours for top bunk removal. Remove wall panel to gain access to inside of wall requesting 3 hours .remove disassemble and take part bottom bunk requesting 3 hours . Once both bunk beds are removed will need to remove edge molding on entire wall panel .requesting 2 hours . Once bunks and wall panels are removed will need to remove any framing in the way of removing door and door rail guide .requesting 3 hours . Once all is removed and have good access to door need to remove old door and door guide requesting 1 hour . Thats only for removal to get to remove old door and door guide . Will need the same time for all said jobs to re install and put back both bunks and wall framing and panels .

@Jeannette B Approved 6.0 hours - this is the breakdown the manufacturer provided for their approved time: forkert August 18, 2026 12:14 PM approve 6 hours - 1.5 per bunk to R&I, 2.5 to R&I wall, .5 to resecure door

@Stephanie K FYI. I was checking with the tech for measurements of the door and rails. Apparently the door is stuck between the wall. He did not state this in his story.
