@Brian P Just an update, Jayco stated the top pics are required for vendor review. I asked them to direct me to where it states that, the notes in the policy manual only state pictures of defect and tags, both of which you sent. I'll keep you posted.

@Brian P Vendor is asking for pictures of the awning fabric from the top side. It was sent to the vendor without, and they came back asking for them. I don't think we're going to have a way to get it approved without them.

Just a reminder on this one in case you were able to get in touch with the customer - in order for this to be approved the vendor needs pictures of the holes from the top side of the awning.

Since this is not yet approved and customer has not responded to attempts to get back in for repair, I would like to move this to the non-claimable folder if you're ok with that. If customer comes back in and we can get pictures of the awning fabric from the top, I can address the feedback in the portal to get it approved.
