Job 9 - Are these holes in the panels or just deep scrapes from the furniture moving while under transport? FR wants it split into two lines, need to know how much labor for each wall. Job 12 - Can you get a closer picture? FR said it looks like a smudge. @Brian P @Ashlee O For job 18, the vendor has stated that if you carefully squeeze the operator and the L bracket together it should fix the issue. Please have the tech attempt and let me know if that fixes the concern.

@Brian P Still waiting to hear on the vent lid, Dennis Plank at FR sent a final request to the vendor today. I think you were CC'd on that email. Here is what we have for the remaining lines though. Let me know which lines you want me to push more on. Job 1 was significantly reduced and all of the wall separation jobs were only authorized to scrape old seal and then reseal. Approval from the portal is attached as well. Job 1 approved 3.0 - note from Chris Fendt at FR - Very excessive labor requested. Reduced to a reasonable amount to replace underbelly Job 2 - approved .05 - note from CF at FR - Excessive labor requested to replace missing T-handles and 1 extension rod for termination gate valves Job 3 approved .75 - note from CF at FR - Excessive labor requested. Reduced to a reasonable amount. Job 4 - approved .3 - vendor only authorized .3 Job 5 - approved 1.0 - Lippert only approved 1.0 to touch up dings and paint in axles as transportation damage. Terran axle denied warranty coverage due to object being hit while transporting, it is not a defect. Job 6 - approved .4 - excessive labor - scrape loose seal where interior wall meets sidewall paneling and reseal to fill gap. @Brian P All of the lines are approved at this time, but I still have some questions/concerns about lines 1, 5, and 11. I've attached a copy of the PA from the portal here in DB that has the reasons the labor was reduced highlighted, and then notes from me in red. I figured it might be easier than trying to read this little comment box. As previously mentioned, all the wall separation issues were reduced to just scraping the old seal and filling in the gap. Please call me if you have any additional questions or need me to further address any of these lines.
