@Jeannette B For job 3 - what was the actual repair? Was it adjusted, relocated? I'm worried if I put that it was modified it will be denied. Modifications usually aren't covered, so I just want to check to see what was actually done.

@Stephanie K This is what I was told: Lower door track had to be relocated and trim to fit to prevent overlapping of the door frame so it can sit flush.

@Stephanie K I will check with the tech again on better pictures for Job 2 but since he had to fix the receptacles I do not believe he has any. Have the other jobs been approved?
