@Brian P Note from FR: hello, I am not seeing this issue noted on the DAF - is there anything behind the damage that would make the wall buldge out and cause the spider cracks? Let me know so I can get the feedback to them, thank you!

We can't tell without taking it apart. It was very hard to see unless you were right on top of it. It did blend in.

FR is questioning why the first two pictures don't show the spider cracks or the "gash" and the third picture does. I suspect it is just because of the angle of the picture or the lighting/glare, but I want to confirm with you first before I respond to her. I know you said it was really hard to see, I'm more concerned about the little gash she is talking about not being visible on those first two pictures, is it just a glare making it not able to be seen on the first two pics?

Yes, you are correct. It is from different angles. Unless you have the perfect angle it was difficult to see. It almost looked like it had been repaired before with the glare discoloration on the filon. However I can't really prove that unless we see something during the repair. We never saw it until the unit was washed and the sun was shining on that side. You had to be straight in front and close to it to see it.

@Brian P This was not on the WO so there is nothing on AR to apply it to. How would you like me to account for it?

This is something new Stephanie was able to get done. Can we add it as warranty overage to account for any shortages?
