@Brian P Job 1 - need pictures of the entire side and the front half of this side of the RV. I found one additional picture and uploaded it, but can you send a straight on picture of the entire side? Job 2 - FR is requesting pictures of the entire side of the RV from several different angles.

@Brian P Job 1 denied - note from FR: This is damage. Job 2 denied - note from FR: This is damage Job 4 - approved .5 -labor amount excessive, FR reduced. They did ask why there was mention of gas and vaseline in the notes. I assume it is a typo, but what is visible at the seams instead of gas and what was inadequate instead of vaseline? Job 5 denied - customer abuse/misuse Job 6 approved .05 - excessive labor, FR reduced.

JOB 1: Is not damage. The metal panels are loose from the studs. Since they are loose they are able to bow out in transit. The insulation probably pushed out the metal causing the staples to come loose. JOB 2: Is not damage. I am sure the metal was cut too long causing the panel to warp.

Per email from Chris, job 1 remains denied. I CC'd you his response. Job 2 approved for 6.9 hours. Let me know your thoughts on job 1. I'm not sure how much you want me to push back. They seem pretty adamant that is is damage, this time around from improper door operation.

Chris and I did go and look again. I can see how the factory would call it damage. It will be difficult to explain to the customer.
