@Jeannette B I have a draft started for this one, 2713185. However, for line 7 - the last time I tried to do a line for the manual missing, FR denied it and stated the manuals are available online. Do you still want me to try for that? I do think that you should have separate lines for the remotes missing. How many remotes are you replacing? What are they for? Fireplace and TV? For line 8 - do you have any pictures?

Ok, for the time being, I am going to be submit the PA without the manual and remote line. If a remote does end up being missing, I can add it later. But, if you saw some in the packet, I don't want to unnecessarily add jobs for those.

Yes, unfortunately. I emailed Chris at FR about it being noted on the DAF and this was his response: Hello Stephanie,   I understand your point but it is the responsibility of the person opening the slide outs and lowering the jacks and opening and closing the awnings that there is nothing that will interfere with the normal operations of these motorized items.  Someone did not look in the unit well enough to determine they needed to close that drawer before operating that slide out.    Damage occurred and you want that to be covered under warranty?    Forest River did not open that slide out room.    Sorry but this is still considered damage .

@Stephanie K I know we have kind of gone back and forth with this one. I understand about making sure all drawers and doors being checked prior to opening, but on some of these units you cannot see different parts on the unit with the slides closed and once opened is when it's notices about doors, chairs and or drawers and cabinets.

@Jeannette B I'll give it one more go, but I have to be honest, I'm not hopeful. Chris at FR really seemed to be sticking to the damages aren't covered. I did suspect maybe the wording the technician used was causing a problem - he said "slide interference" which to me, makes it seem like the slide was opened while the drawer was opened. I noticed in one of the pictures on line 2 that you could see the damaged drawer with the slide closed, so I brought his attention to that and mentioned that is how it was able to be noted on the DAF. I told him I thought it was more of an issue with the drawer not being properly installed rather than "slide interference" causing it to come open during transport and causing damage to the fascia and the drawer. I'll keep you posted. If my suspicion is incorrect, please let me know.
