@Jeannette B For lines 1 & 3 - this is all the same concern, but each of the job lines has 8.0 hours being requested. I just want to verify, you only need 8.0 hours total, right?

@Jeannette B Job 1/3 - please fill out the diag form that I uploaded here in DropBox for the BMPRO. I had started to pre-fill in things, but when I typed some of the items in, it got so small, it was no longer legible. Job 2 is denied, no repair performed.

@Stephanie K I may have asked this but Chris is requesting more hours for this. John, the tech, had to be on the phone for quite some time with both Jayco and BmPro and the part was not a small part. It had to be re-wired, Jayco had to send a floor plan file to be uploaded to mini node and reinstalled into basement and tested. John currently has over 6hours into it.

Ok. I've emailed Jayco to see if we can get more time. It's a vendor claim, so I also asked them if the vendor isn't willing to come up in time if Jayco could cover some of it. I'll keep you posted.
