The dealer did not reach out to forest river as the repair code notes require. Further testing took too long per guidelines to correct the issue. Reduced to a reasonable amount Job 10 approved .1 Job 11 approved .5 Job 12 approved .2 Just wanted to get you what I knew right now since the customer is antsy.
